Talon R on 32 inch XTR370s is almost unstoppable sporting Evolution powersports exhaust, FFR Fab tree kickers, L&W fab radius rods, several hard parts from Bosman designs, including their A pillar brackets supporting a pair of Baja designs S1s as seen in the night videos, very impressive lights for their size. CAtech is shift plate is also a must have item😎 too many other parts to list!

easiest way to snorkel your talon for $50 or less WITHOUT cutting your rear fender! IMPORTANT NOTE we obviously did not extend the vent lines this is just for the engine you will have to run your vent lines up as you please. We are mostly doing this to get the air intake up out of the fender into cleaner air to extend the OEM air filters service life. PIPE (make sure it is 24in total length or ...

Got a new machine so I've been busy working on it, haven't been doing very much riding but that is about to change, I have at least 1 ride per month planned till December so keep an eye on the channel for more videos! forgot a few mods in the video it also has a Uni pre filter in the airbox along with a CA Tech shift gate, I highly recommend this shift gate!

super muddy ride last weekend so am lacking a lot of film due to windshield being covered with mud the entire time, rain non stop all weekend made for some super slick trail conditions but we still had a blast! Recently added another X3 XMR to the riding group so lots of XMR stuff yet to come!

Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Rear Windshield for your Can Am maverick x3 (if your car year is 2017-2024)
I keep going back and forth between the dual and the single low. I’d have to remove my stunt bar and figure out how to protect the mufflers from a fall (have the muffler slider on the low mount but can’t with high mount). I just want it for reasons.
Probabaly better off going with a cheap low mount if you're stunting your bike because it would sting if you dropped this system on the road $$
@@kessler89canampowa too late. Just ordered it lol. I’ll just have to buy a second bike just for stunting 🤷🏼♂️
@ghettosled1976 as a person with 2 groms this sounds like a great idea anyways 😆
Should show what it sounds like on a drive by. Looking at this exhaust is it super loud? Coming from the vance and hines it's deafening.
Yes it's extremely loud this is the 4th exhaust it's had and the loudest by far but hey it looks good😆
It looks insanely good man! Sounds super deep.
@@kessler89canampowawhere did you buy that specific leo vince duel exhaust from? Please provide the link
@@blackrubber9779 direct from them, bought it when it first came out
Do you have another link for the parts? Link doest seem to work. Thanks for the straight to the point video.
Nice
Do you have to keep the factory canisters or can you just pipe it straight out of the intake box and delete all other factory parts
We kept the stock baffles because without them the intake noise is much higher
Thinking of getting a talon next year(currently in a trex) , anything about the talon you don’t like or had to change??
Nothing major, 2000 miles and counting all I do is air filters, oil, and brake pads
What brackets did you use for sound bar
Just used something similar to these www.ebay.com/itm/353564366757?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=PaCMUN-_QAK&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=pwFI7JkuS92&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
What brackets did you use for soundbar
We’re did you get the pipe?? Is it exhaust pipe?
link in the description
Could u maybe run the pipe just up to the oem vent so the air is being sucked in from the vent and retain the factory look. Maybe some rubber around the pipe edge that touches the vent to ensure the air is being sucked from the vent instead of under the wheel well
Yes you sure could, I like it where it is though because it's easy to attach a secondary pre filter for extremely dusty rides😉
Makes sense. I didn’t think til after writing that of the potential problem of having the pipe angled up to be flush with the vent probably isn’t the best idea on rainy days lol. Like the setup u did, looks clean and gets the job done. Might have to try this but throw a u pipe at the top so water stays out
@@VetteWay2Fast I put a pvc cap on mine when washing but outside of that I've had almost zero water get in, not even ever enough to fill the little check cap on the dirty side of the air box FWIW
I was thinking of buying a talon, i see you bought a model R did you look at the model X or drive one? I have pretty tight trails in a lot of the area around me and had concerns about the longer R model. If you have drove both how does the slow ride quality compare?
I didnt even consider the X model because of the narrower width and less suspension travel. I haven't had any issues on tight trails but the tree kickers definitely get used a lot when the trails do get tight. My machine is 72in wide with this wheel/tire combo
Grew up in Ohio, don't live there anymore. What part of Ohio is this? Beautiful footage.
North West
NICE!
Naw man this was not a fair test for a few reasons I call bs
What size is the 90s and elbow
3 inch
You cheated with the glock. You racked it before firing and the dog sniffed it.
Do not tighten your castle not up as tight as it will go your wheel bearings will be fried in 100 miles
How does this one compare to the wet sounds stealth 10? And how good is it while riding
Old school music John cougar Mellencamp
What brackets did you use?
Some of those universal light bar brackets that clamp to the cage and swivel on the ends
Where are these located?
Mostly pinnacle creek outlaws
Did you lose any width by doing the fox tune On your x3 ?
If it did it wasn't very much
Looked like a rough ride, did ya break anything? 👋👍
Nope! It wasn't too bad down there, I love that place
Damn I wish I seen this video before I butchered my OEM intake... This would've been WAY easier and cleaner.
Nice video edit, and looked like a great time
Hey man looks fun 👍. Be carefull
Anyone know what kind of dremel attachment he uses? I need that!
It's just a router bit made for the dremel, hang onto it!
I bought one used and the bass sounds so ass someone has it turned all the way up. Any idea how to turn it down?
Killer Video
Thanks man!
How about the vents ??
I still have to do them yet!
Know it's deep when the cans float 😁
Any reason you didn’t use Intercooler pipe from the air box up?
Wanted to keep stock intake baffles otherwise the intake would be extremely loud, the way it is you cant even hear it
See why can’t other people get straight to the point like this 👌🏽👌🏽💯
Glad to help!
Exactly!
Did the cover go back in place?
It's a SC45! Not an RC51! if you have that model look at the VIN number and you will see that it says SC45.RC51 mark is a mistake made by the Americans.Do you know how Honda puts code marks on its models? If you don't know, I'll be happy to explain :)
Do you go around and say that on all RC51 videos or just this one?
@@kessler89canampowa I'm trying to say everything. I don’t want the Honda SC45 to be called wrong.
@@dusanpetrovic2736 well geez I guess I'll have to bang that factory RC-51 insignia off my perfect '04 Nicky Hayden fairings with a claw hammer 🏍 🔨 then. It sucks too cuz otherwise the bike would be a 9.5 out of 10.

I love that thing it is so fun to drive, zero regrets
Some amazing footage .... this kinda ice drifting is definitely on my bucket list👍
It is extremely fun
Is it worth spending the extra money to buy the xl1000 or the xl1200??
I now have the 1200, yes it's worth it
@@kessler89canampowa are you still using the same roll bar mounts? Just wondering how they hold up to the weight? Really dont feel like dropping $80 on powerbass's clamps when i get rough countrys mounts for $30
@@rkmotorsportvideos8603 yep, I don't have this anymore but I do have a XL1200 in another machine using the same mounts and it's never moved

Glad to help!
Did you have any problems on the Mio / st helen trails due to width on the talon R being a wide machine? Was there a lot of trails to ride near Mio with it ?
We did not encounter any issues due to width and my talon is 72 inches wide with these wheels/tires
What are you using for a tow/trailer setup?
For this particular trip we borrowed an 8.5x24ft trailer from a friend
@@kessler89canampowa what did you replace your old cargo trailer with? It seemed like you had a good setup/conversion with it.
@@ptpaintballer43 it hasnt technically been replaced yet, sold it and have just been using a small 12ft trailer to get around for the time being
@@kessler89canampowa thank you. Appreciate the info.
Nice video, thanks!
lesson learned: if you get a Hi-point, you have to watch Demolition ranch's video in order for it to work properly.
I added a filter to the top
I do the same thing but only on extremely dusty rides
Do you guys use uni pre filter ?
I am using an AFE pro dry filter as the pre filter, it's not suitable as a primary filter it let's some dirt past which is fine cause it's a pre filter. It is easy to clean and doesnt restrict
@@kessler89canampowa what’s your opinion on uni pre filter. Restrict too much air flo? I don’t feel like it makes a noticeable difference but would hate to starve the engine of air. That could end all bad
I do not feel the particular filter I am using is restrictive because it is pretty large in size and is also a dry filter, it measures about 4.75 in diameter and is about 8in long. That being said I normally only add the pre filter if I'm going to be doing some very dusty riding, Michigan trails would be a good example or maybe kentucky etc in the dry season
